Judge Continues Temporary Block on Part of Abortion Law

U.S. District Court Judge William Conley extended his block on the abortion law.

U.S. District Judge William Conley did not lift his temporary restraining order on the admitting privileges provision on the abortion law this week and will decide soon on whether he will place an injunction, which would be in place until the end of the trial scheduled to begin Nov. 25.
