Supreme Court candidate JoAnne Kloppenburg said the influence of special interests that don't have to report their donors has given the impression that justice is for sale in Wisconsin. Kloppenburg pointed to decisions made in cases such as Wisconsin's controversial Act 10 legislation as raising 'red flags' about the court's adherence to a strictly non-partisan interpretation of the law.
