Debrell Carr is a 13-year-old at Verona Area High School who dreams of others his age. He started the organization Building Bosses to help encourage young black students to start their own businesses and get involved with entrepreneurship. The group will host an feild day this weekend for black teens and the police to socialize and forge better relationships.
