Milwaukee Public Schools Superintendent William Andrekopoulos responds to a bill introduced on Monday that would grant more power to Wisconsin's state superintendent to step in to help ailing Wisconsin schools, including the troubled Milwaukee Public Schools. The new bill is an amended version of similar legislation designed to help Wisconsin gain a piece of the Race to the Top Funding.
