Wisconsin legislators are some of the first in the country to address the issue of Nanotechnology, where there is little research on certain impacts of daily use. A new legislative council has been formed in order to determine how to regulate the science and keep it safe. We speak to UW-Platteville professor James Hamilton who is a member on this new committee about its intentions.
