The NCAA basketball tournaments are in full swing beginning Friday. While most fans are watching atheletes, Jason Heiman is watching the floor. Heiman is the owner of Jason Thomas Flooring, a small, Waukesha-based company responsible for finishing five floors used in the tournaments, including the floor at Milwaukee's Bradley Center and the Final Four floor at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indiana.
