Julie Willems Van Dijk discusses factors shaping Wisconsin counties' health rankings.

Here and Now speaks with Julie Willems Van Dijk, whose organization released a list Wednesday of Wisconsin's health rankings according to county. Ozaukee is the most healthy followed by St. Croix, Washington, Waukesha, Portage, Calumet and Outagamie and Buffalo. Taylor and Dane counties round out the top 10. The least healthy counties are Menominee and Milwaukee County.
