WPR's Shawn Johnson said even though Bernie Sanders won the majority in almost all Congressional districts in Wisconsin, he didn't win by a large enough margin to receive more delegates than Hillary Clinton. Democrats in Wisconsin award delegates proportionally by district, rather than winner-take-all as the GOP does. Sanders ended the night with 49 delegates to Clinton's 44.
