Steve Rogers follows, Maya van Rossum, the Delaware Riverkeeper, on her quest to ignite an Environmental Rights Amendment Movement across the US. Pennsylvania added an ERA in the early 1970s. Now van Rossum is looking across the Delaware to the Garden State as a next obvious place to protect, preserve and defend all citizens' rights to clean air, clean water and a healthy and stable environment.
