And for me, that starts first thing in the morning with coffee and a donut.
Sweet Dahlia Bakery is a hidden gem in Kitsap County.
How hidden?
They’re only open on Saturdays.
They're also known for their legendary dinner club.
After a long day of exploring, it's time for more food.
I'm meeting local guide Josh here at the Horse and Cow in Bremerton for a nice lunch.
If we're eating, I hope it's more cow than horse.

Well, Horse and cow is a quintessential Bremerton locals spot.
This is a Navy city, and this is a Navy bar.
And that's why locals love it.
And that's why I love it.

I can't get anywhere else?
I mean, I love local portal.
It's a barcade so you can go play pinball, hang out, start your night there, end your night there.
It's super casual and super fun.
Amazing.
So I went to Sweet Dahlia for breakfast in the morning.
Where should I go for breakfast tomorrow?
Okay.
Definitely in the morning.
Hit up saboteur bakery.
They’re a James Beard Award finalist.
Amazing.
Amazing bread.
Amazing pastries.
It's a hole in the wall, but there's a line around the block for a good reason.
Awesome.
All right,.. Where are we going to dinner tonight?
We are definitely going to go to Hound and Bottle in Manette.
