Clean Wisconsin attorney Carl Sinderbrand discusses his lawsuit against the DNR.

The circuit court for Dane County ruled this week against a state Attorney General opinion that directed the Department of Natural Resources to not consider the cumulative impact of high-capacity wells. At the center of this legal battle was Carl Sinderbrand, lead attorney for Clean Wisconsin in its lawsuit against the DNR. He joins us to discuss the case and the future of the court’s ruling.
