Both sides debate a new 100-mile high voltage power line in southwest Wisconsin.

Stakeholders in southwestern Wisconsin debate the pros and cons of a new 100-mile high voltage transmission line. The Cardinal-Hickory creek line is set to run from Iowa through southwest Wisconsin. The project will cost state rate payers $67 million. Executive Director of RENEW Wisconsin Tyler Huebner and Howard Learner of the Environmental Law and Policy Center discuss both sides of the issue.
