Hill AC Opponents have launched an effort to change Atlantic City's form of government.

Opponents have launched an effort, led by former State Senator Ray Lesniak, to change Atlantic City's form of government. The idea is to replace the mayor with a professional manager as the executive and shave down the number of council members in the city of 35,000 residents.
