Lawyers say defrocked Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, once one of the highest-ranking Catholic officials in America, ran a sex ring in New Jersey. They say at McCarrick's former beach house he assigned where priests and boys would sleep, crept into one boy's bed and whispered, "It is OK."
