A bill to give $35 million to undocumented workers in New Jersey has stalled in the Legislature. The bill's sponsors says it would go a long way to help the forgotten in the Garden State. One Republican opponent says New Jersey has other priorities as it ponders budget cuts and money should not go to those who are here illegally.
