Elie Honig recently stepped down as director of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice in the state Attorney General's Office, after helping to implement an overhaul of New Jersey's bail reform system. Honig sat down with Correspondent Michael Hill to discuss the successes and failures of bail reform and what other states can learn from New Jersey.
