A judge will decide if Newark should provide bottled water

Groups have sued the city of Newark again in an effort to foce the city to provide water.

The Newark Education Workers Caucus and the Natural Resources Defense Council have sued the city again in an effort to try and force the city to provide bottled water to customers of the Wanaque service area, or the eastern part of the city.
