Lawmakers and advocates continued the push to decriminalize, not legalize, marijuana.

Sen. Ron Rice, who has been leading the effort to decriminalize marijuana possession in lieu of legalization, joined other lawmakers and advocates to continue pushing the agenda, which he says is about social justice.
