NJ recommends what to do about outlaw motorcycle gang

The state says testimony and video point to the gang growing to areas in North Jersey.

The 61-year-old gang insists it does not engage in violence. But the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation says a videotaped attack and victim testimony point to the gang growing in northern parts of the state and violently clashing with the Hells Angels. The commission recommends the state attorney general lead a law enforcement working group to counter the threat.
