Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura is quarantined after testing positive for COVID-19.

Longtime Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura is home, quarantined in a room. Fontoura says he took a test on Saturday in Newark and got results on Sunday confirming his infection. He became emotional talking about first responders on the frontline who are taking on extra danger in the pandemic.
