Bill would extend voting rights to convicted criminals

Lawmakers said they would introduce bills to restore voting rights to felony convictions.

Monday, four lawmakers said they would introduce bills to restore voting rights to those in prison, on parole and probation — which would effect roughly 94,000 New Jersey residents.
