State Rep. Gordon Hintz, D-Oshkosh, is a member of the joint finance committee. The Assembly Republicans plan would cut income tax and reduce the gas tax, as well as imposing the sales tax on gas. But Hintz said he doesn't think it will do much to help the state pay for roads.
