Sharp Cuts To Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit

Among Governor Scott Walker's 99 budget vetoes was a sharp reduction to a tax credit that gives aid to developers rehabilitating historic buildings. To better understand the impact of the cut to the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, we speak with UW Milwaukee professor and Director of the Historic Preservation Institute Matthew Jarosz. He says the program has been successful in the past.
