New Jersey is expected to reverse the ban on selling homemade goods

It appears that New Jersey’s market in cookie contraband is set to end. For years, so-called underground home bakers have been banned from selling goods made in their home kitchens; New Jersey is the only state that bans the sale of homemade foods because of health and safety concerns.
