Jersey Shore real estate is in high demand, and it has nothing to do with the summerlike heat. When the pandemic first began, renters snapped up houses to ride out lockdowns in comfort. Then, some decided to stay and purchase homes. And so began a homeownership boom along the Jersey coast that shows no signs of letting up.
