It's a historic vote for the labor movement in New Jersey. Led by a group of baristas, Starbucks employees in Hopewell Township on Monday became the first Starbucks store in the state to unionize, voting unanimously to join Starbucks Workers United. It was an uphill battle against aggressive tactics from the top.
