How a guaranteed income pilot program is helping some in Gary, Indiana
The city of Gary, one of the poorest in Indiana, is now one of the latest places in the U.S. to have a guaranteed income pilot program. One hundred and twenty five residents are now receiving an extra $500 a month with no strings attached.
