In January, a street criminal tazed Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra concertmaster Frank Almond and stole his precious Stradivarius violin. Unfortunately for the thief -- who was sentenced to seven years in jail Monday -- the police commissioner in charge was a symphony devotee.
