grain room is what it Called for lack of a better term and then we mill the grain it's mashed in with our beautiful lake superior water to create different protein chains and get the sugar out of it in order t then move it to our boil kettle.
Where we than add hops and that's when we get those somewhat bitter flavors as well as different flavor notes with different hop strains.
And then it goe down the stream into our cellar and that's where we pitch our yeast.
And then it ferments an then we carbonate it, then it's the Beverage that we all know and love.
