A 21-gun salute launched Cuba’s week of mourning for Fidel Castro, who passed away Friday night at 90. But in Miami, it was a day of celebration for the many who see the former leader’s death as the conclusion of a violent and oppressive era. Jeffrey Brown talks to Sen.
