- Essentially trying to eliminate uncertainty, building predictability.

And I think a lot of parents can benefit from that Matt.

- Yeah I'd say absolutely Joe, and I'd say, you know, we're just really building in lighthearted connection with our children.

You know, thinking about an activity to try that maybe you haven't tried before.

Right now I am working on a Bob Ross chia pet with my daughter.

(laughing) It looks ridiculous.

It's half grown in and half not, but it's something that we're really bonding over right now.

- Finding those small, fun things over the course of a day are incredible anchors for children and incredible anchors for the family in general.
