Andrew Goddard vowed to change gun laws after almost lost his son during the VT shooting

Andrew Goddard almost lost his son during the Virginia Tech shooting in 2007. As he sat next to his hospital bed, Goddard made a promise to do everything in his power to prevent another parent from being in the same circumstances. Since the mass shooting at VT, Goddard and his son Colin have become advocates for strengthening gun laws to reduce violence.
