Communities across New Jersey are coming together after the devastation caused to many neighborhoods by Tropical Storm Ida. In Manville, the Thomas J. Kavanaugh VFW is distributing nonperishable food as well as cleaning kits to residents in need. Mark Gregor of the VFW said that “what really makes this flooding unique is that a lot of the home owners are new home owners."
