Manville’s Ida victims hope Biden offers aid, flood control

Up to 600 Manville residents were displaced by the catastrophic flooding

“Manville’s a very resilient town. But I’m not sure how many more times the people can be devastated like this,” said one resident of the flood-prone borough. Flood victims hard-hit by Tropical Storm Ida piled sodden belongings along the curb and hoped President Biden will promise them federal aid and flood control when he visits their borough on Tuesday.
