President Obama traveled to Cleveland but his economic message was overshadowed by troubles with the roll out of the Affordable Care Act. Lockheed Martin announces it's cutting 4,000 jobs nationwide, include 500 in Akron. First Energy intends to spend $2.8 billion to update the power grid, and the Browns want to spend $120 million to update their stadium. Plus the rising rate of kids & diabetes.
