Mary Lahammer reports on two legislator's proposal of a $3 billion, 42,000 seat out door ball park / stadium. Bill sponsors Sen. Dean Johnson, DFL - Willmar, and Rep. Harry Mares, R - White Bear Lake says no new taxes will be use for the stadium. Sen. Roger Moe, DFL - Majority Leader also support the bill.
