Mister Chris sings "I’m a Tree", inviting children to be trees. Our feet are roots that help us stand tall. Our arms are branches that we stretch to the sky, and our fingers are leaves. We stretch down to our roots as the leaves fall off the trees in the fall and stretch back up as the leaves grow again in the spring. This activity helps to center children in their body and stretch.
