(bright, upbeat music) - Image Reborn Foundation supports breast cancer by providing free retreats and wellness programs for women who've been diagnosed with cancer.

And here with more information about the retreats and this year's Celebration of Life Gala, Bobbi Lord.

Hi, Bobbi, thanks for being here.

I know you've been doing this for almost 25 years.

It's a great program, so, talk about the retreats, and what happens for these women.

- Yeah, thanks, Mary, thanks for having me.

Our retreats are for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, and they are just a safe place where they can heal, where they can grieve, and they can bond with other women.

So many of these women have gone through treatments and been to doctor's offices, and they get so much support during that time, but not so much with emotional and kind of the social support after.

And that's where we come in, where these women can come together and learn and grow from each other, and take a moment for themselves, 'cause women often don't do that.

And this is a great way for them to do that.

- Okay, and I know you provide all sorts of things for them.

So talk about some of what you provide.

- Yes, this weekend, like I said, it's all about them.

So, we have meditation; they do a grief circle, which is so amazing to be a part of.

And we do, they have massages; we have facials.

We have a private chef that comes in and cooks for these women.

It's all about trying to get to know themselves a little bit better and to relax.

- Okay, great.

And I know your big gala is what makes all this possible 'cause it's free for these women.

So, when is that one coming up?

- It is October 8th, so, and it is our main fundraiser that provides for all of our retreats.

- Okay.

And this one's at Stein Eriksen Lodge?

- Yes.

- Okay.

- Yes, it is.

- And what will be happening there?

- So, it's just a great way to kind of learn about Image Reborn.

We have a video.

Dr. Saltz, who's the founder, will be there talking about it.

And then it's just, it is really fun.

We have a silent auction.

All proceeds go directly to our retreats.

- Okay.
