A National Guard soldier from Sparta is featured on the cover of TIME Magazine.

An update from the Wisconsin Army National Guard's 951st Engineer Company, based out of Rhinelander. This story is told by the wife of one of those soldiers. Her husband; Sergeant First Class Chet Millard, is featured on the cover photo of TIME magazine this week (Oct. 10-17th, 2009) - injured & waiting for medical evacuation. He was injured while clearing bombs in Wardak province in Afghanistan.
