Two undergrad art students at UW Stevens Point fought impossible odds to get permission from the government of Thailand to allow two "stateless" young women, to travel to Wisconsin to attend college. They're considered stateless because they don't have citizenship. Without citizenship they have no hope of an education or a good job. They're also at risk to become victims of human trafficking.
