Business owners are eager for the state to reach herd immunity.
Jersey did not follow New York and Connecticut's lead and abolish mandatory masks indoors, but Gov. Phil Murphy did remove limits on indoor dining by permitting 100% capacity at restaurants. But with social distancing rules still in place, that did little to help eateries add many tables or much-needed revenue.
