Why one school district is sticking with in-person learning

Some 35% of NJ schools are operating remotely due to surge in COVID-19 cases

The Chatham School District is standing by its decision to continue in-person learning despite a surge in COVID-19 cases in New Jersey. Officials say keeping students out of the classroom puts their learning off track. The increase in positive cases is creating a staffing shortage but officials say they are doing their best to make sure there is adequate coverage.
