Two of the three Democratic candidates, Tracy Arakaki and Arnold Wong, for State House District 33, Aiea, will share their views on why they should advance to the November General Election. The third candidate, Sam Kong, told us that he is too busy with work to appear on INSIGHTS. The seat is open as State Rep. Mark Takai, (D), is making a bid for the U.S. Congress.
