Today is the ribbon cutting for the Twin Ports Interchange project, one of the most complicated, transportation projects that have ever been completed in the state of Minnesota.

equilibrium three is a Lincoln Park based nonprofit organization.

We work with the community, with the business district.

With the government, etc., to try to revitalize this neighborhood and make it a healthy, happy place to live.

we've been really appreciative of the work with men that, even from the very beginnings of this project.

We were able to bring the neighborhood, to member meetings and make sure that the design was reflective of the needs in the neighborhood.

For example, today we did a partial celebration, under the bridge, that connects, the upper portion of the neighborhood to the business district.

I think any large construction project, gets to be a challenge.

This project has been under construction for four years, and we know is going to be leading in to other projects like the rebuild of the Blatnik Bridge I think we're very happy to be celebrating the completion of this.
