Federal Lock One - at the confluence of the Erie Canal and the Hudson River – was the birthplace of industrialization in the United States. Today, a toxic legacy of pollution and corruption of the land and water has been passed down to the next generation. In the documentary film “Echoes of Lock One,” a crew of teens in North Troy, NY examine the past, present and future of the Lock One.
