NJ Transit and Amtrak riders found themselves stranded yet again after the Northeast Corridor was disrupted during the Friday morning rush, adding to a week of transit woes for the state. NJ Spotlight News correspondent Raven Santana spoke with Larry Higgs, a transit reporter for NJ.com, about the breakdowns and what are behind the problems that have left commuters fuming.
