Interview with Rutgers professor Naomi R. Williams

The number of open jobs in this country is close to an all-time high. A new report from the U.S. Labor Department shows there were more than 11 million unfilled positions in October, as there’s been a surge of people saying goodbye to work. Since July, well over 4 million people have left their jobs every single month. NJ Spotlight News spoke with Rutgers professor Naomi R. Williams.
