Loosening in COVID-19 guidance by the CDC and Gov. Phil Murphy in New Jersey mean that "As we go into what is now going to be cold, flu and COVID season, we’re really taking away all of the prevention methods that we have built up over the past 2 years," said epidemiologist Dr. Stephanie Silvera of Montclair State University.
