Manalapan resident Regina Mullen began the call for an investigation after her son Kyle died in February after completing the Navy SEAL’s Hell Week. Now a letter from a top leader in the NAVY is giving investigators 30 days to report their findings about the course and what — if anything — has changed since Kyle Mullen’s death.
