Investigators look for motive in Nice truck attack

As another memorial begins to build in wake of another terror attack in France, authorities are trying to figure out whether the attacker Tunisian Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhel worked alone or had allies. While the Islamic State claimed responsibility, it is unclear whether the group trained Bouhel or inspired him. Jane Ferguson reports from Nice, France.
